Supply from the ceiling with power, data and compressed air
Often, supplying power to workstations in production and workshops is a difficult matter. The required power sources, such as heavy current and compressed air, come from central supply points, are run to the individual workstations and must then be re-bundled.
These supply lines are often easily missed and pose additional risks at the workstation. Besides posing the risk of tripping, carelessly routed compressed air hoses or power cable extensions often cause transport problems and are sources of risk not to be underestimated, especially when rapid working routes are required.

The compact suspended distributors can be suspended from the ceiling and thus freely positioned in the room. They offer safe, logical working at the workstation.
Robust and trusted
The housings of the energy blocks are made of highly resistant polyamide and offer installation space for four to eight installation devices. This means that the HoverCubes provide connections for work media directly and safely at the workplace. Suspension takes place in a fixed manner with a chain, with a spring or ergonomically with the positioner.

Data and multimedia technology
Under normal working conditions, the VH distributor is used for machining and mounting areas or in car workshops. To meet the necessary requirements, besides the freely equippable HoverCubes for four (type VH4) and eight (type VH8) devices, there is also a range of pre-terminated HoverCubes for standard applications available, with and without compressed-air connections. The sockets are already prewired and tested in the housing. The cable connection is quick and easy and uses prepared screw terminals.
In work areas such as bakeries, industrial kitchens, abattoirs or laboratories, power supplies will be subjected to special requirements. The VHF8 HoverCube is specially designed for use in moist and wet areas. In the unused state, the housing equipment and the devices offer a protection class of IP44 (protected against spray water). Through the installation of protection devices up to four-pole, workstations can be protected appropriately and in a decentralised manner. The VHF HoverCubes are available as an empty housing for eight installation devices. The empty housings are offered in versions with and without compressed-air connections.
