- Metal ducts for device installation: Their robust design means that the OBO sheet steel or aluminium device installation ducts are ideally suited for use in schools, universities and research facilities. Here, large volumes of cables and also larger cable cross-sections must frequently be routed, for example to operate different kinds of measurement, inspection and testing systems. With their dimensions of up to 210 mm x 90 mm, OBO sheet steel and aluminium ducts offer sufficient space for device installation and cable routing. Their powder-coated surface makes them particularly resistant. The special triangular shape of the OBO desk ducts means that they are ideal for installation on or above laboratory benches. - Halogen-free cable ducts: For safe cable routing in public areas, OBO offers halogen-free ducts for device installation and cable routing. The plastic ducts effectively reduce the fire load and are safe choice, particularly in educational facilities. In case of fire, they reduce the proportion of toxic smoke gases and do not develop any corrosive substances.
- The OBO media pole for schools: The OBO were developed specially for schools. With their modular structure and their numerous configuration options, they offer the ideal basis for combining individual equipment options with the simple integration of centrally controlled systems. Everything necessary can be included in the pole, from the securing of electrical systems, individual light control, supplying information from central communication and emergency call systems, through to displaying the time: With the OBO media poles, all the installation requirements for modern learning can be implemented in a single system in a well-thought-out manner. The media poles are available as freely configurable variants or in a total of eight preconfigured variants. The freely configurable variants are characterised by countless selection options, meaning that they can be adapted individually to the requirements of the appropriate classrooms or training rooms. The preconfigured variants are successfully already in use around the world in education buildings.
