Turning seven into three ‒ the new structure of the OBO product world

OBO Bettermann presents its products both in print and online in a new, even clearer structure. The seven previous product units are being replaced by three higher-level areas of application. This enables not only simpler product presentation, it also allows for a clearer and more practical display of the application areas. The new application areas are Industrial installations, Building installations and Safety and protection installations. Industrial installations include cable support systems and connection and fastening systems for industry and construction project infrastructure. Building installations comprise the products for cable routing and underfloor systems for administrative and functional buildings including architectural solutions. Lastly, the Safety and protection installation category combines OBO's expertise in the areas of lightning, surge and fire protection systems.

The eye-catching icons make the three new areas easily recognisable everywhere.

In a manner matching the reworked division of the portfolio, the OBO catalogues also present a fresh concept and bundle the product range into the three product catalogues: Industrial installations, Building installations and Safety and protection installations. Planner catalogues complement the range, with planning aids, mounting examples and other information on the installation of individual products. You can download our catalogues .

To receive the catalogues in printed form, you can request these via a telephone call or use the . The new structure can be found online on the OBO homepage with a new menu structure. Visitors to our site can now navigate directly to the three application areas and choose the products that suit them best.

“The presentation of our products, both online and offline, is now both clearer and easier for customers to understand. This particularly applies to international markets,” says Matthias Gerstberger, Head of Marketing at OBO Bettermann. “Our aim is to provide customers with a contemporary and user-oriented visual identity and structure, for both products and communication.”
