The everyday heroes: Junction boxes of the A series
The A series family is one of our well-known classic brands. Made of halogen-free thermoplastic, they offer a simple solution to simple applications. The elastic material is particularly easy to use and, thanks to the external fastening and clamshell, the boxes are mounted quickly and simply. The supplied cutting tool also allows proper opening of the cable entries.
The practical sizes in 3 colours are matched to the applications: The smallest of the family, the A6, is even at home in inspection lamps and roller blind boxes. Its big brother can be found in lofts and basement workshops – a real everyday hero.
The T series – the all-rounders amongst the junction boxes
If you want a little more: The junction boxes, made from high-quality materials with sensible wall thicknesses, are particularly stable and thus perfectly equipped to handle greater loads. Thanks to the UV-stabilised plastic and the IP66 protection rating, they can withstand weathering conditions in both indoor and outdoor areas.

One special variant from the T series: With the FireBox series junction boxes, the OBO product portfolio offers junction boxes tested for maintenance of electrical function in the event of fire.
The different versions of the FireBox make it possible to connect and branch safety cables quickly and simply. Thus, in cases of fire, key electrical functions can be maintained for up to 90 minutes.
The X series – the extreme athlete amongst the waterproof distributor sockets
Professionals are at work here: The distributor sockets are high quality and robust. With its impact resistance of IK09, the X series can withstand the strongest mechanical loads. Our extreme athletes are extremely dust-proof, UV-resistant and stand out through their water-tightness. The waterproof junction boxes of the MX series – as special as your applications
The aluminium empty housings for the junction boxes of the MX series were designed for use under the toughest conditions. Their metal housing can resist both extremely high and low temperatures as well as major differences in temperature. High impact loads in an industrial surrounding, vandalism or rock falls are not able to harm the housing.
With an IP66 protection class, the junction boxes of the MX series are also optimally protected against the intrusion of water and dust.
