AZ Delta hospital, Belgium

Project description

With the building of the new AZ Delta hospital in the Belgian town of Rumbeke, a campus for the acute and high-tech care of patients has been created. In this project, architecture and care went hand in hand in order to make the patients’ stay as comfortable as possible.

General building information

The entrance area was designed in an urban style and faces the street, whereas the patients’ rooms were located in the quiet rear area of the building. This means patients can enjoy views towards the green countryside during their stay. In total, 700 patient beds are available.

Why did the customer choose OBO products?

OBO delivered a number of products for the new AZ Delta hospital, meaning that mesh cable trays, cable trays, service outlets and T60 junction boxes can be found at various locations within the new hospital campus. In this project, OBO was able to impress especially with its quality products, value for money and reliable cooperation.
