With over 2,000 square metres of space, BVB FanWelt in Dortmund brings together all the offerings for the fans of the black and yellow club under one roof: merchandising, services and a café. Another highlight is the so-called flocking station, where fans can print their own custom jerseys.

As a hub for all Borussia Dortmund fans, BVB FanWelt is connected directly to the stadium and to the B1 motorway. A glass facade offers a glimpse into the black and yellow fan world – the six metre high BVB logo and Borussia Dortmund sign are visible from a distance. The building reflects transparency, closeness and accessibility – values important to BVB and the region.

Why did the customer choose OBO products?

Inside BVB FanWelt, wood meets construction elements such as steel and visible supply pipes. This creates an industrial character that fits perfectly with both Dortmund and OBO BlackLine. The system solutions for black surface-mounted installations enable sophisticated electrical installations in modern architecture projects. 

The product range includes device installation and cable trunking, underfloor solutions and cable trays. Black cable trays, suspended supports and matching fittings were installed prominently inside BVB FanWelt, integrating seamlessly into the industrial style of the interior.
