Space-saving: The 76.5 mm system opening service pole

The OBO service pole with an 80 mm system opening can be equipped on both sides. Both sides of the service pole are made of an identical aluminium profile. The two profiles are interconnected, meaning that they can be equipped on both sides. There is also generous installation space for standard devices. However, the benefits of OBO’s own Modul 45® system can also be seen in the space-saving installation. The compact design of the Modul 45 devices permits more switching and connection devices to be housed in the intended installation area.

Ready for anything: 45 mm system opening service pole

The OBO service pole 45 is fixed between the floor and ceiling using a clamping device. The poles with a floor plate and flexible hose to the ceiling can be moved in a specific radius and can thus be adapted easily to meet changing requirements. For example, the cables are run to the pole through the underfloor system or cable protection pipes. The profile, which can be equipped on both sides, offers more flexibility and is equipped with a 45 mm system opening. With just a few steps, various devices of OBO’s own Modul 45® series can be integrated directly into the pole profile.

1. Application: Floor service poles are mounted directly to the floor and supplied from below, e.g. through an underfloor system. By contrast, floor to ceiling service poles can be positioned freely in the room, thus offering even more flexibility. The poles are braced against the ceiling using a clamping device to ensure a secure hold. The device is concealed by the false ceiling.
2. Number of devices: When choosing the correct service pole, it is important to specify the number of switching and connection devices in order to determine the installation space. 
3. Design: Round and oval, square or rectangular. The desired design also plays a major role in the selection of the right service pole. This not only applies to the shape, but also to the colour.
