Thanks to its UV- and weather-resistant properties, the PVC trunking in the colour pure white is also approved for installation outdoors. In this environment, it remains colourfast for at least 5 years.
UV- and weather-resistant for installations outdoors
Whether to supply a vehicle charging station or an air conditioner, there are many situations requiring cable routing outside. One challenge is that cable trunking outdoors is subject to various environmental influences, such as wind, rain and sun. OBO WDK wall and ceiling trunking in the colour pure white (RAL 9010) is tested for UV- and weather-resistance in accordance with DIN EN ISO 4892-2 and has also undergone subsequent impact testing. These tests were passed effortlessly, and the trunking is suitable and approved for installation outdoors, e.g. to supply smaller systems in residential buildings. This means the wall and ceiling trunking covers an even larger range of applications than before.
Suitable for all standard devices
Devices from widths 60110 and 60210 can be installed in the wall and ceiling trunking. Together with device installation boxes, the standard devices of all manufacturers fit the OBO wall and ceiling trunking. This provides for additional flexibility in equipment.

The WDK system features a wide range of fittings, so you can always find the right solution for all kinds of applications. Available fittings include: internal corner trunking, flat angle covers, external corner covers, T piece and cross-over hoods, end pieces, separating retainers and accessory mounting boxes.
